Where calibration is required offsite we assist in arranging the necessary service or will bring a calibration technician to your vehicle as part of the replacement job.

Windshield Chip Repair

We repair stone chips using vacuum-injection resin systems that penetrate micro-fractures and bond the broken glass fragments. This restores a continuous glazing surface and reduces the risk of crack growth. Our technicians evaluate damage size, depth and proximity to the edge to determine repair viability. Repairs include resin injection, UV-curing, surface leveling and polishing to minimize optical distortion.

After repair we provide a short care guide: avoid slamming doors excessively for the first 24–48 hours, keep temperature swings moderate and avoid high-pressure cleaning until the resin has fully polymerized and the surface is verified.

Windshield Replacement

For irreparable damage, edge cracks or safety-critical failures we perform full windshield replacement. Our process includes removal of the old bonded glass with safe cutting tools, complete surface preparation including primer application where required, and adhesive application using manufacturer-approved polyurethane adhesives. We position the new glass accurately, torque mountings where applicable, and follow prescribed cure times. If the vehicle requires ADAS recalibration after replacement, we coordinate the calibration and document the calibration steps taken.

Headlight Polishing & Restoration

Oxidized or hazed headlamp lenses reduce light output and can fail vehicle inspections. We restore clarity using multi-step wet sanding, polishing and sealing with UV-resistant clear coats.
